Job summary

Alkami Technology, a leading fintech SaaS platform for U.S. banks, seeks a Contracts Manager to lead complex commercial negotiations and guide business units through contract lifecycles.

You will draft, review, negotiate, and interpret agreements, working closely with Legal and cross-functional teams to balance risk and commercial objectives. The role requires 5+ years of experience in contract management, strong negotiation skills, and expertise with CLM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; paralegal certificate or J.D. is a plus but not required.
• Extensive experience negotiating complex commercial agreements within established contracting authority.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial contracting principles, negotiation strategy, and contract lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of contractual risk assessment and escalation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of complex customer, vendor, procurement, SaaS, and strategic commercial agreements; evaluate risks and balance objectives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, execute, amend, and interpret contractual obligations with minimal supervision.
• Serve as primary contracts advisor for assigned business units; provide guidance on structure and approved commercial positions.
• Mentor Associates and other contracts staff; coordinate with Legal on high-risk negotiations.
