Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Minimum five (5) years of direct contract management, administration, or negotiation experience.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts with limited supervision.
• Strong understanding of contract terms, risk allocation, and related provisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and Docusign.
• Ability to manage a high-volume contracts portfolio and prioritize deadlines.
• Must pass drug, background, and fit-for-duty checks.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is the management, review, negotiation, drafting, and administration of contracts within an assigned portfolio.
• Review customer, vendor, subcontract, confidentiality, service, rental, and liability provisions to mitigate risk.
• Negotiate contract terms with customers and vendors within company guidelines.
• Draft contract language, amendments, notices, and other documents.
• Provide contract guidance and risk assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure terms comply with company policies, risk positions, and business objectives.
• Coordinate contract execution and maintain accurate records throughout the lifecycle.
• Track status, approvals, amendments, renewals, and notices.
• Maintain organized contract files and records; communicate terms during negotiations.
• Identify issues requiring management review and escalate promptly.
