Job summary

Brunel in the United States is seeking a Senior Contract Manager with deep experience in large-scale construction, EPC, infrastructure, or industrial projects. You will oversee contracts through the full project lifecycle, from award to closeout.

You will lead commercial management, handle variations and claims, and coordinate with project teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, Cost Control, and Legal to ensure alignment with contracts, budgets, schedules and company

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, Law, or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in contract management in construction projects.
Significant exposure to large-scale construction, EPC, mining, infrastructure, industrial, or major capital projects.
Proven experience managing main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and complex interfaces.
Strong understanding of scope, schedule, cost, and technical changes.

Responsibilities

Manage and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead contract administration, commercial management, variations, claims, and correspondence.
Monitor contractor performance and contractual obligations.
Review variation orders, EOT, claims, disputes, and risks.
Ensure contractual requirements are interpreted and implemented.
Prepare regular contractual and commercial reports for leadership.
