Turner & Townsend in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects. The role focuses on delivering compliant projects and providing excellent client service.

You will manage stakeholders, monitor milestones and budgets, apply governance, produce status reports, and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure design standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to construction.
• Strong organizational and management skills, ability to work effectively with broader team.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Coordinate milestones and budgets to avoid schedule slips and maintain governance.
• Produce formal project status reports and other reports as required.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied correctly.
• Interface with suppliers through trackers and weekly reviews and manage project information flow.
