Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in commercial and transactional law.
• At least 3 years supporting technology-related businesses.
• Experience negotiating complex B2B agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted legal advisor on commercial and technology matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and review sales, services, software licensing, SaaS, and partner agreements.
• Provide guidance on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and business strategy.
• Support contract managers on escalated legal/commercial issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
