COWI is seeking a Sr Contract Specialist to support major infrastructure projects across the USA and Canada from Oakland and other NA offices. You will plan, develop and implement contract strategies, administer prime and sub-contracts, and advise management on commercial risks.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in contracts/ commercial management in an engineering or construction environment, with strong leadership, negotiation and MS Office skills. Hybrid work, base salary 88k–136k USD.
