Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Experience in negotiations or proposal preparation supporting government or commercial.
• Knowledge of the usage of CSO or Other Transactions (OTs).
• Ability to support complex contract activity with specialized contract vehicles and techniques.
• Ability to provide training to account teams on OTs' characteristics.

Responsibilities

• Provide full lifecycle contract support with focus on terms and conditions negotiation, risk mitigation, and OT contracts.
• Advise leadership on contractual matters and strategy for risk management and IP negotiations.
• Review solicitations for risks and guide proposal strategies; support complex contract vehicles and performance.
