Leonardo DRS Land Systems is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of Government and Commercial contracts. Based in Bridgeton, MO with an option to work in person or remotely, you will guide Integrated Product Teams, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of government contract experience, with NCMA CPCM/CFCM preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering Prime US Government contracts and/or Commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting processes.
• Experience with various contract types (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ, etc.).
• IP/data rights and source selection/evaluation knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Administer and monitor contract performance on major government contracts.
• Review and negotiate terms with customers and subcontractors in compliance with policies.
• Review solicitation terms, amendments, and identify issues or risks.
• Prepare and analyze major price proposals and export license support.
• Prepare contract documents and documentation packages.
• Support program teams with contractual guidance and reviews.
• Monitor cost controls and ensure contract term compliance.
• Assist with subcontract negotiations and management.
