Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline; advanced certification preferred.
• Eight+ years of related experience, with 4+ in leadership or project lead roles.
• Deep knowledge of contract management processes and applicable regulations.
• Ability to lead process improvements and train teams on contracting policies.

Responsibilities

• Manages and is accountable for performance of assigned contracts and programs; leads complex negotiations.
• Offers knowledge of division systems, products, and services to support contracts and proposals.
• Performs analysis of complex contractual information and recommends solutions.
• Evaluates contract risk, manages change control, and ensures proper flow down of requirements.
• Oversees resource planning, budgeting and program financial reporting.
• Mentors others and supports career development within the contracts team.
