Job summary

Parker Aerospace, part of Parker Hannifin, is seeking a Division Contracts Manager to lead the Contracts Management function for Braking Systems Division across US and UK. You will oversee a team, manage complex customer contracting, and drive risk and change management processes.

The role requires a law/business degree and advanced contract management certification, with 8+ years in the field including leadership experience; exposure to export controls is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Law, Business or related discipline.
• NCMA/IACCM or equivalent certification preferred unless JD/MBA.
• 8+ years of related experience, including 5+ years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads team in analysis, interpretation and negotiation of contract terms.
• Manages change control and flow-down of contract requirements.
• Evaluates contractual risk and develops mitigation strategies.
• Maintains contacts with domestic and international customers and agencies.
• Oversees RFA policy governance and approval processes.
