Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy in Denver seeks a visionary Vice President of EPC Contracts to lead the development, negotiation, and execution of high‑value EPC agreements. This role partners with legal, finance, and operations to optimize risk, drive compliance, and align contracts with strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will mentor the contracts team, implement efficient processes, and ensure governance across projects in solar, power, and chemical sectors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in contract management with at least 5 in senior leadership.
• Extensive EPC contract experience in energy projects (solar, power, chemical).
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a public company environment including audits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, negotiation, and execution of EPC contracts.
• Lead contract administration and risk mitigation.
• Align contract strategy with executive goals.
