Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Contracts, to lead contract management activities for the Javelin Weapons System portion of the Javelin Joint Venture. The role involves analyzing RFPs, guiding negotiations, managing changes, and ensuring adherence to terms throughout the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years’ prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years' prior relevant experience.
• Experience in Contracts and/or Subcontracts/Procurement/Acquisitions management/administration.
• Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or Defense DFARS

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with policies and objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage contractual agreements.
• Provide contract administration support, tracking performance and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Identify and mitigate contractual issues and risks.
