Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an Associate Director, Contracts to lead a portfolio of U.S. Government contracts, including FMS/FMDFCS and DCS workloads. You will guide negotiations, assess risk, and drive strategic contract outcomes, while leading a dispersed team.

The role requires deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and Certified Cost and Pricing Data, with a DoD security clearance; relocation assistance is available and onsite work is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 12+ years experience (or advanced degree with 10+ years)
• Experience managing a team
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and government contract administration
• Experience with Certified Cost and Pricing Data

Responsibilities

• Provide sound contract management to meet customer obligations and company goals
• Represent Raytheon on contractual transactions and build customer relationships
• Support analysis of RFPs, development of proposals, negotiations, and contract execution
• Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with policies
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve contractual issues
• Provide guidance on contractual rights, obligations, and risk mitigation
• Manage a geographically dispersed team and coordinate travel as needed
