The ideal candidate holds an active Secret clearance, extensive FAR/DFAR experience, and can travel as needed. This onsite role offers full-time employment and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with significant experience; alternative years of experience may substitute for education.
• Experience with FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS and diverse contract types (e.g., CPFF, FFP, IF).
• Active Secret clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of contracts professionals for Acoustic Systems Portfolio, providing leadership and guidance.
• Oversee RFP review, risk assessment, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration for assigned contracts.
• Lead negotiations and develop strategies to mitigate risk and align with organizational objectives.
• Provide direction on complex contracting issues during proposal and execution.
• Serve as contracts point of contact internally and externally for the portfolio.
