Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience required.
• At least 6 years of legal or professional experience in drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing procurement contracts.
• Juris Doctorate preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in drafting, evaluating, negotiating and executing procurement contracts.
• 7+ years of experience creating and executing contracting and negotiation strategies.
• 3+ years of process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contracting Processes/Controls Management: Coordinating and managing updates to critical contracting processes and controls.
• Contracting Systems Management: Leading the management of systems that house ESM's contracting templates and driving collaboration to implement updates.
• Contracting Templates Management: Update, streamline, and evolve contracting templates, playbooks and training materials.
• Change Management: Design and implement thoughtful change management practices to communicate information to stakeholders.
• Process Improvement: Review and improve contracting-related processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaboration: Work with the larger ESM team and stakeholders.
