As a Senior Manager, Contract Manager, you will work in a collaborative environment that values insight, creative thinking, problem solving, intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset. You will partner with world-class professionals to bring procurement resources, tools, methodologies and judgment to business units. You will work closely with internal business resources, stakeholders, and legal across the enterprise to help equip contracting with sensible, well-managed processes and controls necessary to ensure all third‑party agreements meet Capital One's rigorous contracting standards, processes and requirements. You will be responsible for updating and managing the full catalog of contracting templates used by ESM to support third‑party engagements, and enable contracting efficiency by evolving the template library to fit the changing needs of business customers. Your role will also focus heavily on the thoughtful change management necessary to ensure all updates to contracting policies, procedures, systems, and templates are implemented in a manner that is well‑communicated and socialized with necessary stakeholder groups, including ESM's contract manager population.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
