Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Contract Manager to join the Enterprise Supplier Management (ESM) team in a fast-paced procurement setting. You will draft and negotiate third-party agreements, ensuring alignment with Capital One standards and driving business value while mitigating enterprise risk.

You will partner with legal, compliance and data security teams, manage contracts from drafting to execution, and collaborate across business units to deliver results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• Juris Doctorate or at least 1 year of contract drafting, evaluation, negotiation, and execution.
• 1+ year of experience in Procurement, Legal or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and/or redlining contracts to protect Capital One from risk.
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet contracting standards and objectives.
• Manage transactions proactively, drive to completion on timelines.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to determine material risks.
• Collaborate with the ESM team and other stakeholders.
