Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Contracts (Individual Contributor) to join the Advanced Technology Sub Business Unit in California. You will own contract management actions across the proposal and contract life cycle, develop and respond to RFPs/BAAs, negotiate terms, and interface with customers.

The role requires a university degree, 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years, experience with FAR/DFARS, and an active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain program access.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or higher.
• 8+ years relevant experience or 5+ with advanced degree.
• Experience with U.S. Government Contracts (FAR/DFARS).
• Active and transferable Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Own contract management actions across the acquisition lifecycle.
• Develop and respond to RFPs/BAAs and negotiate terms.
• Interface with customers on correspondence and issues.
• Provide guidance on rights/obligations, regulations, and policy.
