Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal to own the contract lifecycle from intake to execution in a fast-paced US-based environment. You will negotiate terms, draft and redline agreements, and partner with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and Compliance to move deals toward signature.

You will balance speed with risk, own process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to keep deals moving toward signature while protecting the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract management or related role.
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts).
• Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills.
• Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contract process from intake to negotiation to final execution.
• Review, draft, and redline NDAs, MSAs, SPAs, SOWs, and other contracts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for counterparties during negotiations.
• Balance speed and risk to move agreements forward safely.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Insurance, and other teams to finalize terms.
• Elevate legal or risk issues to senior leadership when appropriate.
• Track contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility.
• Support process improvements and security training compliance.

You communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal stakeholders, navigate negotiations with confidence, and know when to push, compromise, or escalation. You take ownership, follow through, and create a smooth, professional experience for counterparties while keeping internal teams informed and supported.

About The Role

As Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal, you will own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring agreements move quickly, predictably, and with appropriate risk management. You will partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and keep deals progressing toward signature.

This role directly impacts revenue velocity, vendor performance, and risk exposure. You will help the business move faster while protecting the company, and continuously improve contracting processes so they scale with the organization.

Must be based in the United States.

Other responsibilities include:

• Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution
• Review, draft, and redline a range of agreements, including:
  • NDAs
  • MSAs
  • Service Provider Agreements (SPAs)
  • Solutions Proposals (SPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs)
  • Other commercial contracts as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for counterparties during contract negotiations
• Balance speed and risk - move agreements forward quickly without exposing Myriad to avoidable liabilities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Insurance, etc.) to resolve business and commercial terms
• Identify and elevate legal or risk issues to senior legal leadership when appropriate
• Track and manage contract status to ensure timely execution and visibility
• Support continuous improvement of contracting processes and workflows
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
• Identify and elevate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
• Other duties as assigned

Desired skills and experience:

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or a related role
• Strong experience negotiating commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, vendor/customer contracts)
• Excellent redlining and issue-spotting skills
• Solid understanding of key legal and commercial terms (liability, indemnity, payment terms, SLAs, etc.)
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with both legal and non-legal stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Experience working with contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or similar) is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or paralegal certification is a plus but not required

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $12 0,000-$130,000 (base salary plus opportunities for bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
