Job summary

Na Ali'i in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager, Line of Business Lead to manage a small contract management team supporting two LoBs, overseeing end-to-end contract lifecycle from pursuit to closeout, and to influence strategy.

You will mentor staff, ensure process improvements, manage risk, and coordinate with Program Managers, Senior Managers, and Business Development, while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of professional experience with contracts management in the federal space.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, Public Law.
• Experience with Costpoint/CMS is preferred.
• Prior Government-side experience is desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for two LoBs, owning Contracts & Procurement functions.
• Provide strategic guidance to Program Managers and Senior Managers.
• Coordinate workflows and ensure compliance across C&P functions.
• Support Bid and Proposal team with contract analysis and reviews.
• Serve as Schedule Manager for one or more contract vehicles.
