Job summary

Leidos, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Contracts Manager to support our National Security Sector in Reston, VA.

The role oversees a diverse portfolio of contracts and provides cradle-to-grave support for various contract types, acting as a key business partner across internal and external customers. Qualifications

Requires a BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
Experience with Government (FAR/DFAR) contracting: FP, T&M, CPAF, CPFF, LOE, IDIQ and GSA type contracts.
Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

Provide cradle-to-grave contract administration support for CPFF, CPFF-LOE, FFP and T&M contracts including opportunity shaping, RFP analysis and proposal development.
Coordinate internal reviews, contract negotiation and contract/task order administration.
Identify and mitigate contract risks and ensure compliance with contract requirements and Leidos policies.
Partner with program management to establish business rhythms for cost, schedule and performance excellence.
Maintain knowledge of terms and conditions and enforce change management processes.
