Job summary

True Anomaly is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead government contract work in the defense space. You will own a portfolio of DoD agreements end-to-end, from pre-award through closeout, reporting to the General Counsel and coordinating with proposals, program managers, and engineering.

You will build and scale the contracts function in a lean organization, hiring and developing contract administrators, establishing processes, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of DoD contract administration.
• Active U.S. security clearance (Secret minimum).
• Experience managing a contracts team.
• Strong FAR/DFARS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of government contracts end to end.
• Coordinate with proposals, program managers, and engineering.
• Lead post-award administration and audits.
• Develop and implement staffing plans for contracts team.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS.
