Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Contracts in its Global PATRIOT program area in the US. You will oversee multinational DCS and FMS contracting, drive negotiation strategy, and coordinate with General Counsel and program management teams to ensure compliant, timely contract execution.

The role requires deep FAR/DFARS experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships across international partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in DCS and FMS contracting.
• Experience with FAR and/or DFARS.
• Experience with proposal development and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• International travel to Europe (approximately 25%).
• Improve acquisition timelines and pace of contractual actions.
• Develop pre-negotiation objectives and conduct strategy reviews.
• Communicate with internal and external customers to build relationships.
• Resolve complex contractual matters through analysis and collaboration.
• Advise on rights/obligations, regulations, and policy to mitigate risks.
• Improve contract organization quality and bench strength.
