Responsibilities

• Manages contract documentation within negotiated parameters and cost control guidelines.
• Coaches and mentors junior professionals to ensure high-quality output.
• Leads contract negotiation, administration and customer contract activities.
• Advises organization on contract-law matters and training needs.
