Job summary

Galls, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Contract Compliance to lead day-to-day contract and bid compliance, own complex bid/RFP responses, and guide the contract team. Deep expertise in FAR/DFARS, state/local procurement, and GSA Schedule compliance is required, with vision for AI-enabled operations.

You will mentor managers, oversee bid reviews, certify agreements, and drive SOPs, KPI tracking, and renewals, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure timely, compliant submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field.
• NCMA certification (CFCM or CPCM) preferred.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS, public procurement, and GSA Schedule administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex bid/RFP responses and escalated contract negotiations.
• Oversee contract reviews, bid reviews, and milestone monitoring.
• Develop SOPs and training programs for the contract team.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and private procurement regulations.
