Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the Accounts Agreements Development within the Contracts Development & Contracts Delivery team. You will work with Contracts Analysts and leadership to oversee end-to-end project implementations, ensuring plan benefit descriptions and contract language meet health insurance laws.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
Supervisory experience, or experience leading cross functional projects preferred.
Bachelor degree level of education.

Responsibilities

End-to-end management and maintenance of account agreements and amendments.
Coordinate with Legal and Underwriting to ensure exhibits follow internal protocols.
Develop and maintain legally compliant account agreements and amendments for financial arrangements.
Ensure contract language complies with health insurance laws and regulations.
Oversee annual account agreement renewals and amendments with the Contracts Delivery Team.
Drive milestones for big-picture annual account agreement changes.
Coordinate and oversee projects and initiatives to ensure milestones are met.
