Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (BCBSMA) is seeking a Contracts Manager for its Contracts Development & Contracts Delivery team in Hingham, MA. You will lead Commercial Medical contract efforts, oversee product changes, and partner with leadership to translate strategy into compliant plan language and operational requirements.

The role involves managing cross-functional projects, developing schedules and SB updates, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in contract administration, including product development and implementation.
Supervisory experience or leading cross-functional projects preferred.
Bachelor degree level of education required.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Commercial Medical products and financial arrangements to support legislation, regulatory requirements, new plan offerings, and corporate concerns.
Oversee annual Schedule of Benefits creation and updates, including custom SBs for new/ renewing accounts.
Lead annual Commercial Medical product changes and ensure milestones are met.
Analyze changes to ensure contract documents, system values, and updates are in place.
Participate in new product implementations and cross-functional projects as lead.
Coordinate department projects and initiatives to meet milestones.
