Qualifikationen

• Requires a 4-year college degree and a JD.
• 3 to 4 years compliance/legal experience, preferably involving contracts negotiation and drafting
• Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex negotiation issues with clients and their counsel (internal and external)
• Initiative in identifying and resolving contracting issues and developing creative solutions that address client concerns and protect Fidelity
• Ability to develop new relationships throughout Fidelity and outstanding oral and written communications skills

Aufgaben

• Represent and protect Fidelity in the drafting and negotiation of various types of agreements with Fidelity’s largest plan sponsor clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to reach business goals while managing legal/compliance risk.
• Support and participate in the contracting process across the organization, ensuring consistent risk controls and regulatory compliance.
