Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a Senior Plan Consultant to draft and execute our Pre-Approved Plan Document. You will interpret plan provisions, ensure timely amendments for regulatory changes, and negotiate service agreements with clients and consultants.

The role requires strong ERISA knowledge, handling multiple projects, and excellent communication. Domestic onsite work and collaboration with internal teams are expected.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong ERISA knowledge and regulatory awareness (401(k)/403(b)).
• Experience with contract negotiation and client management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize the Pre-Approved Adoption Agreement and Service Agreement.
• Review plan provisions and Fidelity services with employers and consultants.
• Negotiate contract language and service exceptions.
• Sign documents on behalf of FMTC and Fidelity Workplace Services.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders.
• Participate in process improvements and company initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with effective time management.
