Fidelity Investments in Covington, Kentucky is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead drafting and negotiation of agreements with Fidelity’s premier plan sponsor clients. You will coordinate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal to balance business goals with risk controls.

Qualifications

Requires a 4-year college degree and a JD.
3 to 4 years compliance/legal experience, preferably involving contracts negotiation and drafting.
You possess excellent problem-solving skills to resolve complex negotiation issues with clients and counsel.
You take initiative in identifying contracting issues and developing solutions that protect Fidelity.
Outstanding oral and written communications skills to develop relationships across Fidelity.

Responsibilities

Represent Fidelity in drafting and negotiating agreements with plan sponsor clients.
Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Compliance and Corporate Legal.
Manage legal/compliance risk for Fidelity and advise on contracting strategy.
