Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Associate Director, Contracts to lead the AE&S contracts team, shaping strategic negotiations and program execution for major development efforts.

You will mentor six contracts professionals, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, and partner with program and functional leaders to deliver balanced business deals. A TS clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with 12 years of experience, or advanced degree with 10 years.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and related government regulations.
• Experience leading and mentoring contracts professionals to success.
• Active TS clearance and U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilités

• Provide visible leadership and collaboration with program/functional leaders for program success.
• Provide strategic guidance before RFP receipt through program execution and risk mitigation.
• Mentor team members on proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Monitor and escalate during contract negotiations.
• Review Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Support program management and execution reviews.
• Advise senior management on contractual and business issues.
• Ensure team work follows company processes and policies.
