Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ, seeks a Principal Specialist, Contracts within the Advanced Technology/Alternate Missions and Space (AM&S) Contracts team. This onsite role supports program execution, negotiations, and IP strategies for government and non-government customers. Active Top Secret clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience with US Government Contracts under FAR/DFARS.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Top Secret).
• U.S. citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with Directors, Program Managers, and Supply Chain to ensure successful execution.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues, rights/obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Analyze RFPs/RFIs/BAAs and coordinate responses; review Estimates at Completion (EAC).
• Negotiate contracts and support program management reviews.
