Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. in California and the western United States, seeks a Corporate Contract Manager to lead contract administration, compliance, and risk management programs across multiple jurisdictions.

You will partner with executives, project teams, accounting, HR, and operations to establish best practices and ensure companywide compliance. The role emphasizes attention to detail, strategic problem solving, audits, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree/education in business, construction, legal studies, paralegal, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years minimal experience in contract administration, compliance, legal support, or related.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, coordinating, and administering contracts and legal documents.
• Working knowledge of insurance certificates, bonding, licenses, and compliance documentation.
• AIA contract documents familiarity preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document management platforms such as Procore/Sage 300/DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders' structure, project lifecycle, contract administration processes and compliance programs.
• Develop relationships with Executive Leadership, Project Managers, Accounting, HR, Estimating, and Operations teams.
• Gain understanding of contracts, compliance, insurance, licensing, and bonding procedures.
• Review current compliance controls and identify improvement opportunities.
• Oversee contract execution platforms and document retention.
• Independently manage contract administration and compliance activities across operations.
• Oversee subcontractor compliance programs, including insurance certificates and licenses.
• Administer corporate licensing, registrations, annual filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Audit project files and compliance records; monitor performance and risk.
• Mentor Contract Administration personnel and serve as escalation point.
