Job summary

General Atomics invites applications for a Senior Manager, Contracts and Procurement Compliance at our Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA location. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field with 13+ years of progressively complex experience in contracts/subcontracts.
• Experience managing contracts/subcontracts processes and personnel (7+ years).
• Strong understanding of FAR, FAR supplements, and the UCC.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Contracts Compliance, Procurement Compliance, and Small Business functions with strategic direction.
• Develop and execute a risk-based compliance strategy aligned with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Balance oversight with business partnership to enable compliant execution.
• Oversee compliance reviews, internal assessments, and monitoring activities.
• Lead readiness for government, customer, and internal reviews including CPSR.
• Provide governance for the Small Business Program and related metrics.
• Translate regulatory changes into effective policies and practices.
• Establish meaningful compliance metrics for senior leadership.
• Build a high-performing team with integrity and continuous improvement.
