Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or related field and 13+ years progressively complex contracts/subcontracts experience, including 7+ years managing teams.
• Thorough understanding of FAR, FAR supplements, and the UCC.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government information protections and cybersecurity.
• Ability to resolve unusually complex problems while guiding projects/programs.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work self-initiated, in a team, with travel as required.
• Exceptional judgment with ability to influence through business rationale.

Responsibilities

• Lead Contracts Compliance, Procurement Compliance, and Small Business functions with strategic direction and oversight.
• Develop and execute a risk-based compliance strategy aligning with FAR/DFARS and company policies.
• Balance compliance oversight with practical business partnership for compliant execution.
• Oversee reviews, assessments, and monitoring to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Lead readiness for government/audits including CPSR and other system assessments.
• Govern Small Business Program, including regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Translate evolving regulations into effective policies, processes, controls, and practices.
• Establish metrics and insights for senior leadership to enable risk-informed decisions.
• Build a high-performing team and foster integrity and accountability.
• Develop procedures to ensure FAR/DFAR/U.S. Code compliance and funding requirements.
