Exemplar Global seeks an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to manage end-to-end contract activities in a DoD setting. You will serve as the central point for customer communications, oversee cradle-to-grave contracts, and ensure compliance with export licensing requirements.

The role demands strong contract negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage deadlines while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Contract and/or Procurement experience in a DoD environment.
• JD or CPCM or equivalent is required.
• BA/BS degree minimum.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a focal point for official communications with customers.
• Administers contracts at a Senior level cradle to grave.
• Prepares contracts and researches the legality of various agreements.
• Resolves performance and other contract administration issues with customers.
• Responsible for export licensing and for all aspects of contract negotiations.
