Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee full lifecycle contract management within large DoD programs, including the U.S. Navy sector.

The role requires strategic thinking, autonomous work style, and precise contract execution. You will lead negotiations, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with Operations, Program Management, Finance, and Business Development to align contract strategy with program goals.

Qualifications

• Lead development, negotiation, and administration of NDAs, subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders.
• Oversee contract entries in the management system for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide senior guidance on complex contractual issues.
• Supervise and mentor Contracts Analysts and Associates.
• Review pricing products, subcontract docs, and compliance packages.
• Promote standardized processes across contract and pricing activities.
• Support compliance reviews, audits, and contract file maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders about contracts.
• Partner with Operations, Program Management, Finance, and Business Development to support programs.
• 7-10 years of progressively responsible DoD contract management experience.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS or similar environments.
• Experience leading government contract negotiations.
