Job summary

Diversified Energy Company seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Contract Administrator to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial agreements tied to natural gas, crude oil, NGLs, and related services. You will collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Accounting, Operations, and Midstream to promote accurate records and timely execution.

The role emphasizes renewal management, term review, and contract summaries, with focus on due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and efficient contract management processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Experience in contract administration, commercial operations, energy marketing, or related functions preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple agreements, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract assignments, consents, amendments, and counterparty communications for acquisitions, divestitures, and asset integrations.
• Maintain a complete inventory of commercial agreements with ownership, effective dates, expiration dates, renewals, and notices.
• Manage contract renewals, extensions, terminations, and related notice processes to meet deadlines.
• Review and summarize key commercial terms including pricing, fees, volume commitments, and term.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Legal to identify requirements and renegotiation needs.
• Support due diligence and Day 1 readiness by organizing contracts and tracking items.
• Ensure executed agreements and supporting documents are filed in contract-management systems.
• Prepare contract summaries, status reports, obligation calendars, and management updates.
• Lead or support contract-management projects such as templates, process improvements, and data cleanup.
• Coordinate with Accounting when terms affect invoicing, settlements, or revenue reporting.
