Job summary

Diversified Energy Company seeks a Senior Marketing Manager - Crude, NGLs & Midstream to lead and optimize crude oil and liquids marketing activities. This hands-on role owns purchaser relationships, contract negotiations, market analysis, invoicing and settlement support.

The position collaborates across Operations, Accounting, Finance, Land, Legal, Measurement, IT, and Marketing to ensure reliable market access and maximize realized value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in crude oil marketing or midstream operations.
• Knowledge of crude pricing, market indexes, differential costs, and transportation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing of crude oil and condensate production.
• Maintain relationships with purchasers, pipelines, transporters, terminals, and counterparties.
• Solicit and evaluate bids; negotiate pricing, differentials, fees, and contract terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve netbacks and market optionality.
• Coordinate production forecasts and takeaways with operations teams.
• Support acquisitions and divestitures, including contract assignments and commercial integration.
• Review pricing, invoices, and settlements; resolve discrepancies and support month-end processes.
• Support NGL and midstream activities including gathering, processing, and transportation.
