Qualifikationen

• Coordinate contract assignments, consents, amendments, and counterparty communications for acquisitions, divestitures, and asset integrations.
• Maintain a complete inventory of commercial agreements with ownership, dates, renewal provisions, and notices.
• Manage renewals, extensions, terminations, and related notice processes to meet deadlines.
