Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Senior Specialist Contracts Center to provide senior-level SCM contract support for complex agreements across the organization. The role focuses on drafting, negotiating, and executing Master Agreements while balancing business objectives with risk management.

You will collaborate with SCM, Legal, Insurance, Tax, and Credit; ensure compliance with Contracts and SCM policies; and drive consistent contract language, templates, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Law, Paralegal Studies, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 6 years of progressive contract management experience.
• Experience drafting Master Service Agreements and negotiating terms.
• Familiar with contract risk allocation, indemnification, liability, insurance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Icertis, SharePoint or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate Master Agreements for direct category management.
• Coordinate input from SCM, Legal, Insurance, Tax and Credit to update contracts.
• Review supplier redlines and prepare risk-informed responses.
• Promote consistent contract language and best practices.
• Document decisions, legal feedback, and contract records.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities for master agreements.
• Ensure compliance with Contracts and SCM policies.
