Enbridge seeks a highly skilled Specialist Contracts Center to provide senior-level SCM contract support for complex agreements. Lead drafting, negotiation, and execution while balancing business objectives with risk management."

Responsibilities include drafting Master Agreements, coordinating inputs from multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with Enbridge policies. This role requires strong collaboration across Legal, SCM, Insurance, Tax, and Credit teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Law, Paralegal Studies, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, negotiate and execute Master Agreements for direct category management areas.
• Coordinate input from SCM, Legal, Insurance, Tax and Credit to update contracts.
• Review supplier redlines and craft risk-informed responses using templates and guidance.
• Select contract type based on Legal guidance and company guardrails.
• Promote consistent use of approved language and processes across SCM Contracts Center.
• Document decisions, negotiations, deviations and contract records for reporting.
