Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Commodity Contracts Specialist to manage crude oil and natural gas agreements, including NAESB and transport-related contracts. The role, internally known as a Contracts Administration Specialist, emphasizes drafting, negotiating, and administering a broad set of commodity contracts with cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with Commercial, Legal and Accounting teams to ensure accurate capture of commercial intent and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience with oil and gas contracting practices and commodity agreements.
• Strong contract drafting, interpretation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex commercial agreements and risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and execute natural gas, crude oil and NGL agreements.
• Lead negotiation of standard and non-standard agreements across programs.
• Interpret terms and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Tax, Insurance and Accounting teams.
• Support regulatory reporting and SOX controls related to contracts.
• Maintain contract databases and document management practices.
• Identify process improvements and support templates development.
