Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. seeks a Senior Contract Analyst to work with customers and sales representatives to expeditiously advance contracts.

The role focuses on tracking status, content review, and identifying legal issues for finalization and minimizing liability while maximizing sales opportunities. The position reports to the North America Contract Manager and collaborates with sales, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing, and QA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of negotiations or contracting experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret legal contract wording
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Experience with contract management systems and AI redlining tools desired

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate purchase order terms with customers and sales reps
• Enforce BAC policies to reduce risks and explain procedures to sales offices
• Respond to customer needs with empathy and urgency
• Verify accuracy of entered orders vs. purchase orders
• Analyze contract language to define scope and commercial risks
• Negotiate in a balanced, assertive, fair manner
• Communicate with customers to foster retention and repeat business
• Manage insurance certificates for contracts and warranty support
• Initiate and renew customer blanket terms and conditions
• Other duties as assigned
