Role requires a high degree of organization, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders equally, and a deep understanding of contract lifecycle. The contracts administration professional or paralegal will be responsible for drafting, revising, negotiating, and finalizing all standard form contracts and master service agreements, intellectual property agreements, licensing agreements, confidentiality agreements, product and technology licenses, transportation contracts and access agreements. From garnering success in the weeds of indemnity clauses to organizing document flow and revisions to the grace required to move parties along to agreement in as timely a manner as possible, the successful candidate will manage the full cycle of contract administration.
