Job summary

SLB is seeking a highly experienced Project Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial activities across Data Center projects. You will be the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and effective contract administration across the full lifecycle.

The role requires 8–10 years in large-scale construction or industrial projects, strong knowledge of GMP/open‑book models, and proficiency with industry contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Law, or Business Administration.
• 8–10 years of experience managing large-scale construction or industrial projects.
• Experience handling client and subcontractor contracts in active projects.
• Understanding of contract law and translating terms into guidance.
• Experience drafting and managing claims, variations, and notices under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administer the prime contract with notice, certification, and response timeframes.
• Maintain logs of contractual activities and provide reports to the project team.
• Advise on entitlement, risk exposure, and compliance with notice requirements.
• Lead changes, variations, and potential claims including valuation of work performed.
• Coordinate with Project Controls to align cost and schedule impacts with contracts.
• Supervise Contract Administrators and ensure GMP/open‑book practices.
