Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of contract or general business-related experience (Contracts Administrator).
• 5+ years of government contract administration experience, including proposal support and negotiation leadership (Senior Contracts Administrator).
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and FFP/CPFF contract types required for the Senior Contracts Administrator level.
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interface professionally with government and prime contractor personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit contract volumes for competitive proposals, including ground rules and assumptions and data rights assertions.
• Interface with government Contracting Officers and prime contractor procurement personnel throughout the proposal and negotiation process.
• Negotiate and execute contract awards; set up and maintain awarded contracts in Deltek Costpoint.
• Review prime contract terms and ensure appropriate FAR/DFARS clauses and data rights provisions are flowed down to subcontractors and vendors.
• Review new contracts and solicitations for ITAR/EAR implications; coordinate with ISI's export compliance function as needed.
• Administer FFP and CPFF contracts post-award, including contract modifications; establish payment terms, invoicing, funding, and collections.
• Participate in customer meetings, performing and monitoring compliance to contract requirements and leading the change management process.
