Job summary

Integrits Corporation is seeking a Contracts Administrator in San Diego to oversee federal government contracts through the full lifecycle, advising program managers on contractual requirements and regulatory considerations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with government customers, contracting officers, and internal teams to manage risk and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, contract management, finance, accounting, or law.
• 4+ years of progressive federal government contract experience.
• Experience with multiple contract types: firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, time-and-materials, labor-hour, IDIQ.
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and agency supplements.
• Experience supporting proposals, negotiations, modifications, and closeouts.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal prime contracts, task orders, delivery orders, subcontracts, purchase orders, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other instruments.
• Review and interpret contract terms, clauses, statements of work, deliverables, funding, and performance obligations.
• Maintain contract files; ensure complete, accurate, current, audit-ready records.
• Monitor funding, performance periods, option dates, schedules, ceilings, and limitations.
• Prepare and process contract modifications, funding actions, option exercises, and other documents.
• Coordinate contract start-up, transition, performance, and closeout activities.
• Ensure invoices, deliverables, personnel qualifications, and submissions comply with requirements.
• Perform other duties as required.
