Job summary

APPLIED PHYSICAL SCIENCES CORP in Concord, MA is seeking a Principal Contracts Administrator to lead cradle-to-grave contract administration for its government/DoD portfolio. The role reports to the Director of Contracts and Supply Chain and offers work-from-home flexibility for the right candidate.

You will manage complex cost proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR, and prime contract requirements while coordinating with purchasing and program managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in Government/DoD contracting.
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR and EAR; experience with OTAs.
• Experience creating government contract cost proposals.
• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Cradle-to-grave contract administration and subcontracts management.
• Lead complex cost proposals in response to solicitations.
• Negotiate terms favorable to the company.
• Draft and review NDAs, Teaming, License and other agreements.
• Support ITAR/EAR export compliance and government property processes.
• Coordinate with program managers, purchasing, and supply chain.
