Job summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking a Contractor Program Manager (CPM) to lead a 100+ person team supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency across its GEOINT ground portfolio, with work performed at NGA Washington (Springfield, VA), NGA St. Louis, and other NGA sites.

You will be the single point of contact between the contractor team and the Government program office, directing all tasks so the program finishes on budget and on schedule, focusing on performance, burn rate, schedules,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
10+ years of program management experience within the Department of War (or equivalent).
Experience leading programs of similar size and with subcontractors.
Active TS/SCI clearance; ability to complete CI polygraph within 90 days if not current.

Responsibilities

Lead a 100+ person team supporting NGA across GEOINT ground portfolio at multiple sites.
Serve as single point of contact between contractor team and Government program office.
Direct, manage, and administer all contract tasks to finish on budget and on schedule.
Focus on performance, financial reporting and burn rate, schedules, security deliverables, and CDRLs.
